Velona SL+ is a natural clean label shelf life extension solution for use in a variety of raw and cooked meat products.
Velona SL+ uses the latest in targeted metabolic microbial inhibition to dramatically inhibit  the growth of a range of problematic bacteria including Escheria coli, Salmonella spp., Pseudomonas spp. and Listeria spp. as well as yeast in both cooked and raw meat products.
Velona SL+ can be utilised in a brine, as a dry powder or as a marinade.
