A leading warehouse recruiter is helping to tackle the huge demand for staff in the Midlands. Redwigwam is working with a number of companies around the region to help fill roles. Over 10,000 warehouse jobs are available in the Midlands area to meet the demand of customers buying online.

The e-commerce boom experienced during the pandemic is seeing an increasing demand for workers as the country emerges from lockdown. The mix of temporary and permanent warehouse roles are available in Corby, Northampton and Kettering.

Redwigwam, a leading temporary work booking platform serving both workers and hirers across the UK, is recruiting for the roles.

Lorna Davidson (pictured), founder and CEO of redwigwam, said: “We’re seeing an increase in demand from a number of online retailers who are experiencing Christmas levels of orders. Northamptonshire, Corby and Kettering are key distribution hubs for some of the biggest retailers and we are helping many of them to staff up quickly.

“We’ve got thousands of opportunities available in Northampton, Corby and Kettering, both temporary and full-time, and all with robust Coronavirus procedures in place.”

Redwigwam pays workers quickly and is the only business in the UK to offer payment within 24 hours. As well as providing training, they always pay at least the minimum wage and cover tax, NI, holiday pay and pension.

The company works with some of the biggest blue-chip companies in the UK, including Coca-Cola, Argos, Sodexo, Land Rover, Tesco and Kellogg’s.
